- thedragon4453, on 01/12/2009, -8/+264I think a lot of people don't realize that Will Smith is actually really intelligent. Which makes his forays into scientology somewhat of an anathema.
- bixby1, on 01/12/2009, -16/+213Somewhere, all of Xenu's angels are golf-clapping.
- jake8689, on 01/12/2009, -4/+171is there anything Will Smith can't do
- artofwar420, on 01/13/2009, -4/+134Apparently he couldn't escape Scientology... but other than that, he can do anything.
- BBarash, on 01/12/2009, -3/+123He solved the cube in 'The Pursuit of Happiness" as well - he must have actually been doing it :)
- inactive, on 01/13/2009, -7/+112Started makin trouble with my rubiks cube.
- Maksx, on 01/13/2009, -4/+96It kinda stings when you learn that a guy who is more sucessful and better looking than you is also smarter than you
- LogitechG15, on 01/13/2009, -1/+74Don't show this to the guy who spent half his life trying to solve it.
- ZaZ2137, on 01/13/2009, -4/+76For those who didn't know what anathema means:
1. a person or thing detested or loathed: That subject is anathema to him.
2. a person or thing accursed or consigned to damnation or destruction.
3. a formal ecclesiastical curse involving excommunication.
4. any imprecation of divine punishment.
5. a curse; execration. - punkcat, on 01/13/2009, -1/+70go 90 minutes without a "oh hell no"
- rydawg09, on 01/13/2009, -4/+66Thats cool, but he started with the first two layers already solved.

- lowtolerance, on 01/13/2009, -2/+35There are videos on Youtube on how to solve a Rubik's cube by the guy who taught Will Smith how to do it...
He makes it really simple
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZeRFCTHRk7g - jgopp, on 01/12/2009, -5/+38In high school I had this computer science teacher who was able to solve it in something like 40 seconds blindfolded. Dude had absolutely no life.
- CMiYC, on 01/13/2009, -0/+32That's the actual Chris Gardner sitting next to him. The guy the movie "The Pursuit of Happyness" is based on.
- saintsfan, on 01/13/2009, -4/+35But I thought 'Now forget it' - 'Yo homes to Bel Air'
- XZanatos, on 01/13/2009, -0/+30You should have said, "Oh great, yet another thing Will Smith is better at than I ."
Will Smith would have also done that correctly. - XenoSNK, on 01/13/2009, -3/+32Live with his mom in the Prince of Bel-Air.
- nsdjoe, on 01/13/2009, -0/+29If you didn't like Independence Day I suspect you are no fun to be around.
- UberNick, on 01/13/2009, -1/+30he also did it in an episode of Fresh Prince
- waluum, on 01/13/2009, -0/+24Wow, all those years at Bel-Air Prep School really paid off!
- Toshibi, on 01/13/2009, -0/+24It'll take less than a minute so sit right there....
- inactive, on 01/13/2009, -3/+26IRC, he got admitted to MIT, but chose to pursue his entertainment career (obviously).
- JKAL, on 01/13/2009, -4/+26Admit he is a Scientologist.
He is still in the closet. - bmcnally, on 01/13/2009, -8/+29Yelled to the cabbie "Yo Holmes, smell you later"
- JasonAdams13, on 01/13/2009, -0/+20I'll tell you how I solved the cube in a town called Bel-Air.
- DevSingh1359, on 01/13/2009, -3/+21Being able to solve a Rubik's cube by no means makes someone smarter than you. There's tutorials all over the internet. Anyone can learn how to do it with a little bit of memorization and free time...probably even you. It takes me about a minute to solve.
- zimmermans, on 01/13/2009, -3/+21actually the video started that way. we didn't see will smith beginning the cube.
- gijoeler, on 01/13/2009, -3/+21I crossed out every instance of Jesus in my bible and replaced it with Will Smith.
- oneoverzero, on 01/13/2009, -1/+18The countdown started with the first 2 layers solved.
- leprix, on 01/13/2009, -1/+18Looked at my kingdom, I was finally there! To sit on my throne as the prince of Bel Air.
- scamper22, on 01/13/2009, -1/+18He impressed the admission's officer at Yale with that trick as well....
oh wait... that was an episode of Fresh Prince. - Seph7, on 01/13/2009, -1/+16It's strange as soon as he stated that he wasn't but gave such a large donation I wondered how much power scientology had as an organization. I mean I can accept people being drawn in and being a part of it, but people like Will Smith who have more than half a brain refusing to join but donating just makes me wonder if they have dirt on a lot of people especially the way. I've seen the way they have reacted with people on documentaries, wonder if it's all just bribes and threats.
- inactive, on 01/13/2009, -0/+14He could be getting blackmailed.
Just throwing that out there. - tomjthayer, on 01/13/2009, -0/+14keep Jazz from getting thrown out of the house by Uncle Phil?
- thebigkevdogg, on 01/13/2009, -2/+15that was actually pretty slow. at his speed, it would have taken him about a minute at least to get to the point where the video started (with the 1 side, and 2 layers of the 4 adjacent sides solved). Not that fast, but I'm glad he can actually solve it!
Definitely not accurate to say that he solved it in 55 seconds when it was over half solved to begin with. -
