- emecks, on 01/10/2009, -1/+46Dugg for headline. Will Ferrell's Bush (giggle)
- inactive, on 01/10/2009, -1/+24Let's just be thankful this is Will Ferrell's project and not Frank Caliendo's. His Madden routine was funny at first, but the man had single-handedly made me hate TBS.
- doiveo, on 01/10/2009, -7/+29Step Brothers
Semi Pro
Bewitched - DickyT83, on 01/10/2009, -5/+21Step Brothers was no where near as bad as Semi Pro and Bewitched.
- doiveo, on 01/10/2009, -0/+10I'll give you that Dicky. I just like sets of three's.
- pwallroth, on 01/11/2009, -0/+7I just want Will to bring back Gus Chiggins as the Old Prospector.
- Stuntaneous, on 01/11/2009, -11/+17will ferrell isn't funny. down i go!
- inactive, on 01/11/2009, -0/+6And the NFL pregame show on Fox.
- CNAIF, on 01/11/2009, -0/+6Whaaaat?
You mean you don't find 40 something year old men acting like 13 year old's to be funny?
Me either
Dugg. - spookyttws, on 01/11/2009, -2/+7I would expect nothing less from Ferrel. If he got up on stage and starting doing "You fool me once, You ain't going to fool me again" jokes, I would feel let down. I suspect he's not that superficial when it comes to things like this. I'm thinking it will be much more like Josh Brolin's performance, nuanced and dead on, without being shallow and not taking the easy shots. As much as I hate Bush, and I really, really do, he did get elected the President of the United States of America (twice). He may be an idiot, but I think he's got to be doing something right (clearly not his job). And I imagine that 'something' will be a lot better than his idiocy.
- Ardiente, on 01/11/2009, -1/+5He is without a doubt the best Bush impersonator out there. Then again he is a pretty easy target.
- MrOmniscient, on 01/11/2009, -1/+5DUGG!
Another magnitude of unfunny: those who quote Will Ferrell incessantly. Once getting naked and acting like an ass becomes funny, he'll be the most hilarious man in the business.
I imagine hell being a Will Ferrell / Dane Cook show that goes on for all eternity. - inactive, on 01/11/2009, -2/+6I like Will Ferrell, but the Bush routine is a bit old, even Dana Carvey hung up the Bush I shoes after he left office. I wanna see more drunken crazy Neil Diamond Sketches
- AmyVernon, on 01/10/2009, -2/+5You actually have a point, doiveo, but I think writerSD was probably referring more to his excellent spoofs of Bush on SNL.
- smokewater, on 01/11/2009, -0/+3Buried for headline, the thought of that disturbs me.
- darthjure, on 01/11/2009, -0/+3Maybe it will suck. That would surprise a lot of people, but shouldn't.
- sevenalive, on 01/11/2009, -0/+3Wait? Its wasn't Bill Engvall? Really?
- zigardne, on 01/11/2009, -1/+4I wrote this song after I killed a drifter to get an erection,
'Cracklin' Rosie get on board!' - toolboxnj, on 01/11/2009, -4/+7Two people that should be away: Will Ferrell and George Bush. Please?
- Yazilliclick, on 01/11/2009, -0/+3Pretty damn easily.
- the1337jordan, on 01/11/2009, -0/+2I was authentically excited to watch the premiere of Frank Caliendo's show on TBS...
...until I watched it. - inactive, on 01/11/2009, -0/+2A Hollywood actor making fun of the president, never seen that one before!
- robdiggity, on 01/11/2009, -0/+2Raaaah-burt Gooo-laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!
- RaulMuadDib, on 01/11/2009, -0/+2Very poor choice of words.
- joeplayer91, on 01/11/2009, -1/+2the popcorn popper still rocks
- inactive, on 01/11/2009, -0/+1"one man show"
- CoreyTamas, on 01/11/2009, -0/+1I believe that's the first time I've ever heard the "nuanced" used when predicting a Will Ferrell performance.
- thaprinze, on 01/11/2009, -1/+2If it sucks, can the audience throw shoes to make it better?
- Stuntaneous, on 01/11/2009, -5/+6Will Ferrell
Adam Sandler
Ben Stiller (with a few exceptions)
bad comedy, ***** joke factory between em. - AmazingSteve, on 01/11/2009, -0/+1Will Ferrell's Bush = Win

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jOjfxEejS2Y&fea ... - robdiggity, on 01/11/2009, -0/+1It's a pretty poor impersonation. It's a hilarious characterization.
- Seemefearme, on 01/12/2009, -0/+1He'll probably have Bush on the show or something.
- S4MF1SHER, on 01/11/2009, -2/+2ugh, Ben Stiller...
- darlingt, on 01/11/2009, -2/+2Actually, he got appointed once and elected once, but let's not get into that.
- acklefutz, on 01/11/2009, -1/+1What? Semi Pro was way better than Step Brothers.
- WriterSD, on 01/10/2009, -6/+6This is going to be awesome. With Will Ferrell, how can you go wrong?
- DillingerSmooth, on 01/11/2009, -1/+1I would expect Tina Fey as Palin to show up for a show or two....this will be great
- danimalss, on 01/28/2009, -0/+0It's funny, because this might be the first thing Will Ferrell has done in a while that doesn't have the same basic plot setup. Either it'll suck like all his new stuff, or he may pull off Georgey well. We'll see, but I'm guessing the first option because comedy's been letting me down nowadays.
- jennytheatrical, on 01/15/2009, -0/+0The genius of the show is that it opens just when Bush is leaving office making the "Thank You America" subtitle even funnier. A year from now, maybe not so funny, but right now?? FUNNY!
http://www.funnyordie.com/videos/66c84fd4a5/broadw ... - inactive, on 01/11/2009, -5/+1Meh, they've all had their moments.
Except Sandler. And Stiller.
