These days it's a sign of poor diet, not a plentiful, abundant diet filled with fruits and vegetables. Sedentary lifestyles and Krispy Kreme has lead the US to be fat, not some unusual success and richness.

I wish they'd gone so far (rather than do this the easy way and do some skin tone matching with a fat person) and make them appear 30-40 lbs overweight. As if they were normal people who weren't able to work out 6 hours a day...
