- pagemaster, on 10/11/2007, -9/+59NO! A DEGREE IN ENGLISH LIT. DOES NOT MAKE YOU SMART
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -4/+44As impressive as they are, I noticed that most of them have sort of ***** degrees.
- richardiscool, on 10/10/2007, -4/+33It doesn't mention how good at cooking they are, though.
- sroop, on 10/10/2007, -1/+25I DON'T KNOW WHAT ARE WE YELLING ABOUT
- vsaint, on 10/10/2007, -2/+25omg a girl!
- LordSkywalker, on 10/10/2007, -4/+25Natalie Portman is exactly who I was thinking of when I read the title. I don't like Letterman, but I'm sure to watch when shes on his show.
- JoeRandom, on 10/10/2007, -6/+25No cs majors, so I don't care.
- noots, on 10/10/2007, -3/+21I'm sorry, you need to provide chromosome evidence on the internet. You're a man until that time.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+17Education is different than intelligence.
- gsmaster, on 10/10/2007, -4/+19I agree on num 1
- cacaodude, on 10/10/2007, -3/+18He's certainly not a woman, and he's certainly not hot, but is he smart?
President ____ was born on July 6, 1946, in New Haven, Connecticut, and grew up in Midland and Houston, Texas. He received a bachelor’s degree in history from Yale University in 1968.
Oh the absurdness of judging somebody's smarts based on their "education" - vondrak, on 10/10/2007, -2/+17Where is Winnie Cooper?
- redsfaithful, on 10/13/2007, -10/+24This was on Digg months ago:

Buried. - lieutenantmudd, on 10/10/2007, -4/+17I love how the list boils down to hot actresses who went to Ivy League schools and speak multiple languages. I attribute both of those more to your class than your intelligence. I respect people who went to good schools and speak a few languages, but I don't think they are geniuses because of it. All the people I know who speak more than 2 languages are the children of globe trotting parents or are immigrants. And all the people I know who went to fantastic schools had parents that went to fantastic schools.
- brewer, on 10/11/2007, -0/+12No love for Mira Sorvino? IMDB page:
"The young Sorvino was intelligent, an avid reader and an exceptional scholar. She attended Harvard, majoring in Chinese, graduating magna cum laude in 1989, largely on the strength of her thesis, a Hoopes Prize-winning thesis on racial conflict in China, written and researched during the year spent in Beijing, which helped her fluency in Mandarin Chinese." - rnwen2750, on 10/10/2007, -1/+13Perhaps a new list? She's not really that famous any more.
- CZzyzx41, on 10/10/2007, -1/+13Berkley grads are only good at two things: Drinking and protesting.
- ps3udov3ctor, on 10/10/2007, -0/+9that list is broke! sharon stone?! no way. SHE is the one reporting that she has a high IQ. and lacking Danica McKellar? She's published in academic journals and she's hot http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y236/hitman_x/Nov ...
- nlevend, on 10/10/2007, -0/+9It's Requiem for a Dream, but it's not hot...it's sad, the scene almost made me cry :'(
- TehG3rman, on 10/10/2007, -2/+11Natalie FTW
- flaflashr, on 10/10/2007, -0/+8How about Hedy Lamarr? While not well educated, she co-invented spread-spectrum in 1942, which makes your wifi today possible. http://www2.polito.it/didattica/polymath/ICT/Htmls ...
- Rocksea24, on 10/10/2007, -0/+8It WOULD be an old list if Cindi was on it.
- futureisours, on 10/10/2007, -3/+11bah... what i really want to know is how many of these girls made it to these elite universities BEFORE they were famous?
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -10/+18They may have many talents. But I'd be interested in only one...
- staticblake, on 10/10/2007, -5/+13Plus she does "ass to ass".
- tehpwnrate, on 10/10/2007, -6/+14Somehow, I don't think that their english lit, performance, philosophy, foreign language, etc. degrees are anything compared to any real science or engineering degree.
Yes, I am biased. Still, it's impressive that they do have degrees from prestigious schools. - CZzyzx41, on 10/11/2007, -8/+16No a degree in English Lit. DOES make you smart. It does not, however, garauntee you a job.
- ninalama, on 10/10/2007, -2/+9A degree in English Lit might help you form a coherent sentence. =)
- Chewie67, on 10/10/2007, -5/+11Old List.
Missing Cindi Crawford. - nukethewhales, on 10/10/2007, -1/+7Danica Mckellar should be on the list. Her Erdos-Bacon number is 6 while Natalie Portman's is only 7.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erd%C5%91s%E2%80%93Ba ... - inactive, on 10/10/2007, -5/+11yeah.... and ZERO of them have a B.S. in anything....
- hmunkey, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6You killed it. Good job.
- yndy, on 10/11/2007, -1/+7Does it teach you how to spell guarantee when it's increasing your 'smartness'?
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -2/+8So, in your world only people whose education is in a science field can be smart? And Psychology would be a BS.
- Perk, on 10/10/2007, -1/+7Buried for no Danica McKellar
http://danicamckellar.com/math/percolation.pdf - crossmr, on 10/10/2007, -3/+8Just digg it and shut up. We don't really care why. The last thing I want to see on a story with 2000 diggs is 2000 ***** comments explaining why they dugg it.
- YamiJim, on 10/10/2007, -1/+6it's easy to be well educated when you are highborn.
- CZzyzx41, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5She's on the list. Were you not paying attention?
- takeda, on 10/10/2007, -1/+6Hmm... all of them have either B.A. or it's only mentioned that they were students there (I assume they didn't graduated).
Where are the one's with Master's and Ph.D.??? - beefer, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5Not a bad list but if you have Natalie Portman, you have to have Danica McKellar. Both have a Erdos-Bacon number which is pretty impressive considering only about 15-20 people in the world have one.
- Rfriaz, on 10/10/2007, -3/+8I was biased when I buried you for saying a philosophy degree isn't a real degree.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5You're obviously not Mensa material.
- adrenaline33, on 10/10/2007, -2/+7And then the only thing that would make that worse would be 2000 other guys bitching about the 2000 that did so.
- SkaVanker, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4How the hell wouldn't that be a compliment?
- superguysteve, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5mensa is full of star trek nerds looking for other star trek nerds so they can talk about how smart they are while they play D & D.
- Christ0s, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5Plus it was a butt double
- superbeefy, on 10/10/2007, -3/+6Whats up with the picture of Jodie Foster, thats from the 70s right? Isn't she almost 50 now too? Seriously wtf?
