In case you missed the bulletin, beauty is a subjective topic, not an objective one. I find Ms. Johansson more of a nine than an eight, but I would consider the rating to fall within the bell curve one might expect from such gradings. However, your example of a 10 would probably get a similar normalized rating, I'm wagering. The pictures you offer are all marketing ones with the model (usually) as a fairly attractive substrate for a product, whereas in the case of the Esquire photos, Scarlet *was* the product. I certainly think they could have been better photographed, but the object is sublime.
