Crack emptied Harlem of a lot of bright and talented people and replaced them with gibbering wraiths. Cocaine in white people led to incredibly power hungry behavior, the beginning of the selfish unregulated vain Wall Street mentality that has recently brought us all down.

    If you remember this as a swell decade, keep in mind that watching Punky Brewster is not what I mean by living through the 80's..you little guys were sheltered. If you need evidence, you have nostalgia for a time when homelessness and AIDS first appeared. Crack is wack, children, Keith Haring said it, and I believe it.
