- davewashere, on 06/13/2008, -2/+39Alright, he obviously did this crime. It was videotaped, and the images of him from the video are pretty clear. His excuses were pretty lame (the dark mark on the tape didn't match his dark mole, the video tape was "altered" to make it look like he was the person in the tape, etc). The room in the tape was the giveaway, because it wasn't an ordinary room. It was the kind of woodland fantasy room that only a celebrity could afford to build, and there just happened to be a matching room in his house.
That said... the victim was not cooperative, and denied that she was the girl in the tape. That's a pretty crucial piece of evidence, and it made the prosecution's case extremely difficult. This verdict is no surprise. In a case where the victim is still alive, that victim really needs to cooperate with the prosecution to get a conviction. - purzzzell, on 06/13/2008, -4/+39Is this the same jury that found OJ not guilty?
