Prescription drugs cited in Locklear DUI charge

breitbart.com — Prosecutors in Santa Barbara have charged Heather Locklear with misdemeanor driving under the influence, citing prescription drugs. The California Highway Patrol said the actress showed "obvious impairment" when an officer noticed her car parked on a highway and blocking a lane in Montecito in September, but that alcohol was ruled out.

    Didn't work for me. My lawyer slapped me and in hindsight, he had the right to do so. Wish it were my Divorce lawyer. If she wore the right shoes I might just need a cigarette when all was said and done.

    Probably because she was just arrested after a confrontation w/ her stalker Jill Ishkanian, who called the police to make a quick buck($27k selling the pics to TMZ) and extract some revenge for the stalking charges.

  • heystoopid, on 11/18/2008, -0/+2Well it is a given , that in view of the $ value of all the sales from all US based drug companies combined , approximately one half the entire population of three hundred odd million souls are taking some form of prescription medication at any one point in time .
