- MacSuxWindozSux, on 12/06/2007, -0/+6Not even remotely as bad as Nelly Furtado stealing the melody of "Do It" from another artist.

And even worse still the hall of fame artist theft was of course Vanilla Ice ripping of David Bowie's "Under Pressure".- schavira, on 12/06/2007, -0/+6More like Queen and David Bowie.
- MacSuxWindozSux, on 12/06/2007, -1/+1Yeah agreed.

- sweetblondie, on 12/06/2007, -10/+4Who knew, good one! And how ironic is it that the song her worked with her on and hasn't gotten paid, is called Respect. Nice!
- dillyhoo, on 12/06/2007, -0/+44I wish I would sue every single artist on the Top 40 for rehashing and releasing the same goddamn song to me every week.
- Haiz, on 12/06/2007, -1/+0I know, every single song of most pop artists sound indistinguishable from the rest.
- TriZz, on 12/06/2007, -0/+1...beautifully said. I couldn't agree with you more.
- HanSolo69, on 12/06/2007, -0/+3Quit listening to the radio I guess?

- topherbook, on 12/06/2007, -2/+7Did you just call pink "emo"? Are you serious?
- shyner, on 12/06/2007, -1/+7***** waited long enough. If it was me and my money I would have been suing by 2002.
- nigh7dagger, on 12/06/2007, -0/+4They hadn't sold as many records in 02.
- NeoSporin, on 12/06/2007, -0/+8What an informative and detailed blog article.
At least it has a page full of ads to make up for a lack of content.- Remmy, on 12/06/2007, -0/+3Obligatory Adblock comment here.
- Dreamscar, on 12/06/2007, -1/+4*googles pink*
oohhhh.....her - Haiz, on 12/06/2007, -6/+4Take that, bitch!
Never been a big fan of her music. Too trashy, and she's such a slut. - Mutiny32, on 12/06/2007, -4/+1Holy *****. I'm suing Pink? Why wasn't I told?
That's my name (for the slow) - Shirleycakes, on 12/06/2007, -0/+7The album's six years old; a little late coming to the party?
- Voide, on 12/06/2007, -3/+4Who know somebody actually listened to Pink.
- Impulsar, on 12/06/2007, -1/+7i personally know several people who own radios

- backoff34, on 12/06/2007, -4/+2Dude is Scratch from the hip-hop band The Roots. He was on their albums through The Tipping Point... Pretty ***** good beatboxer / human turntablist. Hope he wins... I always thought her music was atrocious

- xJudahx, on 12/06/2007, -0/+5At first I was like "no way, how can a color get sued"
Ohhhhh- zetec, on 12/06/2007, -0/+1T-Mobile would argue otherwise -- they own the color pink. Or at least, that specific Pantone.
- willy3121, on 12/06/2007, -1/+2"her most popular 2001 album"
Really? The most popular one she released in 2001? I find that difficult to believe... - Dubon, on 12/06/2007, -0/+2Who knew Pink? (the rest of the title is unnecessary)
- RajDhillon, on 12/06/2007, -1/+1How the hell are there 12 million copies of her music around the world?
- mongoloidplease, on 12/06/2007, -0/+1Pink doesn't write her own albums? I'm astonished.
- tardislink, on 12/06/2007, -0/+2Uhh Pink: please stop using other people's 15 minutes up.
- obxjdt, on 12/06/2007, -0/+212 million x 15-20 dollars per copy=some big money. I'd settle it for 1 million just to treat him right. That's 25% more than he's asking for.
If he signed a contract for x amount of dollars, then that's another story.- TheSnuffster, on 12/06/2007, -0/+3Don't forget about the record company's share of all that profit.
Well, I say sharing, more like stealing.
- TheSnuffster, on 12/06/2007, -0/+3Don't forget about the record company's share of all that profit.
- brandon215, on 12/06/2007, -0/+1I know this dude. He is from Philly and dated a friend of mine for many years. Was in the Roots for awhile.
He is broke, talented but never made real money off music except a little bit for Roots tours. He is never going to see this money from Pink. To say he contributed anything to her sucess, or that it was worth that kind of money is a huge stretch. - kevlarbaboon, on 12/06/2007, -0/+4This is all just a missundazstanding.
- wispygalaxy, on 12/06/2007, -0/+2She's probably pink in the face.
- nigdef, on 12/06/2007, -0/+2ha ha ha where was the riaa protecting his rights when he was working with her
- talkingtiki, on 12/06/2007, -0/+1You had me at "Pink Slapped".
- neodorian, on 12/06/2007, -0/+1Hopefully he wasn't her spell checker.
- SheilaNoya, on 12/23/2007, -0/+1She has a crappy looking house in Venice Beach that she uses when in L.A. (her neighbor is a good friend of mine). Apparently, she also doesn't pay people to do any upkeep or maintenance on her rathole house either. Maybe the lawsuit will force her to sell the place to someone who actually cares what their house looks like (fingers crossed).
