She doesn't write in all caps; she's extremely literate and cannot deal with such grammar violations. Yet when she needs a capital letter she hits the caps lock, hits the letter she wants capitalized, and then hits the caps lock again and continues typing until she needs another capital letter. Wash, rinse, repeat.
