- heystoopid, on 04/04/2008, -0/+2Actually Terminal 5 truly sucks in every way possible you can imagine , it was some ten years late in execution ,went way over budget by a large magnitude , as well as a very bad clone of an existing functional Spanish Design with extensive flaws created by very cheap and nasty construction techniques , lacks seating , very little of the installed systems either function or work as intended in the initial commissioning trials prior to public access and still have yet to be addressed even now ! Add to this eclectic mix the so called state of the art baggage sorting , scanning and moving facilities have never worked in any mode even in the preliminary set up tests. T5 has the earned nickname with all Heathrow employees which ranges from "Hell Terminal" to many nasty four letter non complimentary remarks regarding the various lack of brains and nether region attributes to the designers and installers of all equipment used with in the terminal proper .
In short T5 , has been absolute disaster from construction day one with the facilities failing to live up to any of it so called ratings or expectations even now , it has more bugs and glitches none of which were rectified at any time in the construction and commissioning phase period , as there were too many adherents to the "Peter Principle" associated with the poor design and cheap construction within the senior management from day one for anything to be done properly , as they were more concerned in spending the least amount of money possible , so literally nothing really works , short of spending a hundred million pounds in total refurbishment and overhaul of the so called new facility , to rectify all the mistakes and errors made throughout the over long construction phase !
Since they lost her baggage in the mess that is Terminal Five , I would not be unsurprised that she was viciously verbally berating all airline officials and the so called whining very lazy inept and incompetent minimal work attitude and lowly paid airline hostesses for the airline in question in her path with her normal acid tongue she acquired at the age of fifteen and used on every one in and out of the industry ever since ! - marcduke, on 04/04/2008, -0/+2That is one magic Loogie!

Take away everything she worked for, sent her to prison so she can become someone’s bitch. Would probably cry if a judge sentenced her to prison or use it as an excuse to get an easy sentence. I’m sure Hugo Chavez would let her live in his country, why doesn't she move there?
