This advert was dumb. It had nothing to do with Snickers at all. I saw this on T.V and was baffled by why this would get people to buy Snickers. It's not really that funny either accept Mr T's chomp at the end.

Put on a show for the ref then once your carted off field and the cameras are hopefully off you, run back like nothing happened. That may not have been their point but anyone who hates soccer like me knows it's true.

youtube set up their service so others could embed stuff in sites. why? because they get more links back to them (a.k.a free advertising).
if you really want to call someone a "hijacker" call youtube the hijacker. the vast majority of there content is STOLEN from media outlets accross the world. they are hijacking the content from those outlets. why do many of these outlets choose to let YouTube get away with this? same reason youtube allows people to embed content hosted on youtube's servers.
you might as well also call out digg for hijacking ALL of their content from other sites on the web.
the fact is, I don't care where the content comes from, I just want to be entertained.
