- T4z3R, on 10/11/2007, -11/+169Paris Hilton is a socialite, her fame is not recognized with talent. She's just a rich dumb bitch that spawned from a mall.
Who else never knew who Paris was until the porn tape? I sure didn't.
Paris made her fame with that porn tape, which would classify her as a porn star (or maybe that's her only good talent). Lee made it to fame jammin all the way (even before soulless formulated music came around), which would classify him as a talented rock star. That's just the way I see it. - sixthplanet, on 10/11/2007, -16/+139Motley Crue just got cooler in my book. :) Thought this line is weird: "support real artists, real musicians, real actors, not ***** porn stars.” Um, wasn't Tommy Lee in porno with Pam Anderson?
But Tommy Lee isn't in Motley Crue anymore, right? I can't keep track of all these pornstar musicians! - inactive, on 10/11/2007, -6/+74Paris Hilton is famous because people on places like Digg won't stfu about her. Hint, she's not relevant if you don't talk about her.
- Hazardc, on 10/11/2007, -10/+64Tommy lee wasn't a ***** porn star though, he was banging out pam anderson not long after her prime on video and had a 20 foot dong.
nothing to be ashamed of. - Boshow, on 10/11/2007, -7/+42"Vince Neal only did thirty days and he killed somebody."
-Jimmy Wing (Palentine Records) - ironpirate, on 10/11/2007, -2/+31mr slave is the bigger whore
- ksponge, on 10/11/2007, -2/+25@t4z3r (#6813992)
I haven't even seen this porn tape. I really have no desire to see the hangman stick figure getting banged. - Starflyer59, on 10/11/2007, -4/+23Vince Neil was sentenced to 30 days, but only served 18. He crashed his vehicle drunk and killed his passenger. I don't support Paris, but who the hell is Vince Neil to say anything?
- AriaStar, on 10/11/2007, -1/+19She had every chance in the world, and was given it easy. She ***** up. Why should she get leniency just because she's a celebrity? Show leniency to those in jail for having a joint of pot first. She doesn't need any more special treatment. I'm glad MC is doing this, regardless of their motives.
*****, she was caught driving drunk twice. One more time and it's three strikes, jail for life. Each of those times she was a severe danger to people on the road. If she'd have hit and killed someone, would there still be petitions asking for clemency? She needs to learn her lesson. Already she's only likely to serve half the time. She needs to just shut up and get it over with. - tpaine, on 10/11/2007, -0/+18Petition:

Original Motley Crue posting:

Now we just need a petition to stop blog spam ;-) - LordBalderdash, on 10/11/2007, -1/+17And in other news, Ronnie James Dio has started a petition for the impeachment of G.W. Bush.
When asked why, Dio responded "I am the slayer of Dragons!" as he disappeared in a cloud of smoke... - Gee1004, on 10/11/2007, -3/+15Let's start writing a petition to stop talking about Paris Hilton.
- Monstarr, on 10/11/2007, -1/+9Didn't the Tommy/Pammy tape get stolen, as opposed to the "One Night in Paris" video was eventually distributed onto DVD.
- dontuseautofire, on 10/11/2007, -7/+15Who the ***** still listens to what Vince Neil has to say? He got plastic surgery on VH1, for Christ's sake.
- Rooster99, on 10/11/2007, -0/+7HAHA - Interesting to note that it appears that the "Save Paris Hilton From Jail" petition is being hit by a bot or something. The last couple of hundred names at least are all blank - Its like someone is sitting there just clicking the submit button to get the number of sigs up!
And heres the score:
Save Paris, with what appears to be a little outside, unfair assistance from a dedicated bot : 28651 sigs and counting
http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/PH21781/signatures-574.html
Throw Paris in Jail, with what appears to be many authentic sigs, with most people using a proper name: 84151 and counting.
http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/jailparishilton/signatures-1684.html
I think we have a winner!
- subsonik, on 10/11/2007, -2/+9They should talk about someone doing their time. Vince did thirty days for DUI with vehicular manslaughter. Tommy Lee had a kid die in his pool during a party. Nikki is just a racist negative dick (sort of like me without the racism). Mick, I like him and he's done little wrong that I know of. I think Vince did the most time out of them all and he KILLED someone. So who are they to ask a kindred ***** to do their time? It's even sicker that music celebrities are asking a movie celebrity to make a socialite celebrity do their time. They should mind their damned business and concentrate on putting out music, not petitions. Paris is the type of girl they'd have sexed during their heyday, now they can't take it that their star has faded and they're taking potshots. I hate Paris, but I hate sniping even more.
***** Motley Crue and their ***** petition fresh on the heels of Nikki's book. These guys will do anything for publicity. - paradexes, on 10/11/2007, -0/+7@sixthplanet
Exactly.....***** porn stars. There is a difference there. Pam Anderson may be many things...but a ***** porn star was not one of them. Paris on the other hand.... - Veurruckte, on 10/11/2007, -9/+15Well, at least he didn't murder the person. It was man slaughter.
- jnorris441, on 10/11/2007, -1/+7In related news, Motley Crue still exists.
- Reflux, on 10/11/2007, -0/+6I was going to comment on that. Razzle was killed by Vince Neil and Vince got off scotfree but he wants to throw the book at this dumb bitch for something that some would consider on the minor side of offenses. Ridiculous.
- Bahimiron, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4I donno why people are digging the above guy down.
In many states (I don't know about CA) any death that occurs during the commission of another crime can be called Felony Murder and blamed on the person committing the crime. So if someone is robbing a store, a police officer shoots at them and accidently kills the cashier, the robber can be held accountable for the death. The same has been applied to deaths related to drunken driving in the past.
The difference is that Vince Neil happens to be famous. To the person who said 'it was only manslaughter, not murder', if it was your or me, even if it was 'only manslaughter', we'd still be looking at 5+ years, not 18 days. - rexCo, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4***** you submitter. Motley did not launch this petition, it's been out for weeks. They only supported it.
- break99, on 10/11/2007, -5/+9hilarious... coming from gentlemen who never ever broke the law nor partying with excess...
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -1/+5Punishment for paris should be to take away her cell phone, and money, and make her live a normal life as a regular citizen of the usa, Take that! minimum wage, 3 a gal gas, used car/truck oh yes, i can see it now
- dbalaski, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4Ignoring her would be good -- But Shunning her would even be better..
- csrster, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3I think her sentence should be reduced from 45 days in jail to 4.5 days in jail with me.
- HarryBauzonia, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3O Lord.
Motley Crue = aging rockers? 1985 was really 22 years ago?
I just felt more hair fall out. I'd better take a Geritol and go to bed. - inactive, on 10/11/2007, -2/+5Paris Hilton is going to jail? No way... where did you guys here THAT from?? Man... first Micheal Jackson and boys, and now this... when will the world leave entertainers alone? These people bring beauty to the world. Someone ought to sign a petition to free her. If only there was a governor who understands what it means to be famous....
- tim620, on 10/11/2007, -2/+5Amen to that...
- defektiv, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3while i will lapse in my quest to keep from judging others and say i agree she may deserve to serve it all, motley crew are hardly the ones to be preaching justice due for crimes.. i'm sure a little investigation would tell us they'd be serving a lot more than 45 days.
of course, no one wants that.. i'm just saying clean up your own back yard before knocking on your neighbors door. hypocrisy is not that appealing. - dr3d, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3Hmm .. Drunk Driver Vince Neil in 1984 gets in an car accident that kills Nicholas "Razzle" Dingley, and now he's petitioning against Paris Hilton who hasn't killed anyone .. what's wrong w/ this picture ..
- greenriver572, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2im no fan of hilton, and i want her to serve her term, but crue has no say in this, it's up for the courts to decide.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3Why should she have to give up the millions that she has earned? I hate to break it to the collective ignorance of Digg, but she has EARNED far more money than she will eventually inherit. You can alk about how she earned it (fashion design was her first big endeavor, and then The Simple Life) but she is NOT living off her inheritance anymore.
- woxidu, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3For sure, the most noble thing any of us can do to get rid of Paris Hilton is to STOP TALKING ABOUT HER. Just STOP making any mention of her. Willpower!
- MrFlesh, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3If she doesn't go to jail it's just evidence # 6,387,392 that this is not a country run by laws, it's a coiuntry run by money.
- Bahimiron, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2The people you wanna have overdose on drugs never would! Like Motley Crue would never ***** overdose man, never! You could put them in a room with two tons of crack. They come out a half an hour later, "Rock on man!" "*****, they're still alive. *****! They're probly gonna make another double-live album now, God dammit!"
- TheTankengine, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2You are not helping!
Do you understand that you are talking about her? Shouldn't you just NOT make that comment?
Is the irony completely beyond you? - trashcat, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Gary Glitter, is that you?
- Bahimiron, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2So as long as celebrities work to become celebrities, they deserve to exist beyond the law?
- Tiak, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Dugg for letting me know that the members of Motley Crue aren't all dead.
- agimat, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2For people who don't like her, you guys sure can't get enough of her.
- juicebag, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2"show the people of California that no one is above the law.”
Which is ironic, because I'm sure the guys of Motley Crue would be in jail for something or other if the weren't famous. - motea, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Motley Crue reads the New York Times?
- schavira, on 10/11/2007, -2/+3***** band, good petition.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2Throw her in jail and let her be ass raped with a strapon by big black betty.
- scabbers, on 10/11/2007, -2/+3Do try to keep up with the celebrity gossip. She's only likely to serve 23 days, assuming she can behave herself.
- HanSolo69, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2Her jail sentence is 23 days, not 45. and secondly, who cares?
- Rfriaz, on 10/11/2007, -3/+4Buried for lack of umlaut.
- Jio666, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Neither should the people who set up the other petition have a say.
- Aetherine, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2Or it does and the rabid Liberals and Neo-Cons proceed to ruin the debate by devaluating the soldiers lives.
I'm a Liberal, mind you. But still, *****, the ones yelling are two different sides of the same coin. -
