The article blames Miley and her parents for the photo in question, even though they had left the shoot before that shot was taken. The photo was actually Leibovitz’s idea, and she pressured the reluctant girl into the pose:
“That’s what she wanted me to do, and you can’t say no to Annie. She’s so cute. She gets this puppy-dog look and you’re like, O.K.”
The hag probably could have cajoled Miley into performing cunilingus, too, if the teen’s manager hadn’t been present.
