There ARE films where the "actors" are paid to "kiss someone", "touch someone", etc. for the voyeuristic pleasure of the viewers: it's called porn. Films are not porn. Most of them, and all the best ones, exist to tell a story, and each scene is carefully constructed to tell that story.

Other actors are too busy trying not to get shot, or looking for clues, or getting sucked into a temporal vortex to get freaky with another actor's character.
You can thank the writer for your movie for your role as a "prostitute." And, also, you don't have to play the part, but that means you don't get paid. So, play the part or wait for a different movie. How much is it worth to you? In actuality I am not as promiscuous as this image of me suggests.
