What kind of sick bastard designs the main control consoles for the reactors inside the containment door? They lost at least half a dozen crew members that way.
Also all the crew quarters only have one entrance making them death traps if there is fire.
Likewise they've got bulkheads throughout the ship that are not designed with safeguards and simply just collapse down on you when there is heavy damage. They don't even have any electric jacks around so someone is always left behind for dead.
Finally the escape pods are only on some decks, and are completely missing in most others. All you need is a breach in those few decks with escape pods and nearly everyone is going down with the ship.
