Unfortunately, there aren't really any places around where I live to do it except for the local park which has about a 10 foot one. I've only been able to do the straight vertical face, the sloped ones are really tough, especially without the right kind of shoes as Kevin pointed out.

Really though, if you have good leg strength and decent arm/hand strength, you should be able to get the basics pretty quick. Hanging up side down though... yeah you'd better be pretty well in shape.

- Mist0r_Wiggles, on 02/29/2008, -2/+1Kevin is not a heavy guy, he seems very fit, but not built. There is a difference. He's got good body to weight ratio, so rock climbing is a cake walk for him, but if you get a bulky buff guy to do those things, they might not vary well. Muscles =! Fit
