Some shots may have shown more what she wanted that's why after the photoshoot I think the model looks with the photographer and picks the ones that are going to be published disregarding the bad ones or the ones that reveal to much. That's why the pictures weren't published anywhere before, you didn't seen these pictures before until the photographer who clearly isn't very professional leaked this photos.

He used the PG-13 photos for the job, but the ones that didn't make the cut because her nipple was showing, well, he didn't erase those from the memory card.
