Using your formula, assuming that you meant it to describe her breasts in a free-fall, and assuming that her breasts came in when she was 10 years old (37 years ago), that puts her breasts at 706 light years below her chest (we'll ignore general relativity and the fact that the Earth's gravity is not a constant and that the ground would probably stop them.) Looking at the picture, they only seem to have dropped by what, 4-6 inches? I'd say she's done pretty good.

Although, as you get older, you do think about things like dressing a little better at night. Think about how you'd feel in a room full of people with all the lights turned on, because that's what happens when you call 911 I can't tell you how many times we've gone in on a medical call to find some old guy with his junk hanging out. That's not fun for anyone. At a certain age, do everyone a favor and dress age appropriately.
