Far as shutting it down entirely, she will presumably have a hard time proving it was made without her permission. And she can't get it suppressed unless she can prove that she had a reasonable expectation of privacy. She can sue the ***** out of him in civil actions. That is a good marketing move. By the time he wins in court, the anticipation will be so great to actually roll the footage that he can name his price. That piece of fluff is so dumb she might even go along with a fight to pump up the price.
