Britney Spears Surprise Charity Appearance

bittenandbound.com — Britney Spears has had one heck of a year but her world finally seems to be coming full circle and she is doing great. On Saturday night Spears made a surprise appearance at a Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey event. The gathering was in support of their foundation charity, Generation Rescue, which focuses on autistic research.
