- MarkStrube, on 10/12/2007, -1/+35Some of you can be real asses. Instead of harping on what a horrible mother Anna could've been, here's a bit of information about Daniel Smith:
He had small roles in her movies Skyscraper (1997) (V) and To the Limit (1995). She also credits him with helping save her life when she became addicted to prescription drugs.
Is a straight "A" student, and an only child (until recently).
A life was lost, and it sounds like he could've turned out a lot better than she ever did. - Double-Z, on 10/12/2007, -1/+32A death is always very sad for a mother. Although I don't like her, I feel sorry for her.
- ePlus, on 10/12/2007, -7/+35RIP
- halleyscomet, on 10/12/2007, -1/+28@ahawks
Why?
Does her public persona make her less worthy of empathy when she loses a child?
Do you assume that whatever drugs she may or may not have used will somehow make this less painful for her?
Perhaps you just lack a conscience, and have no capacity for empathy towards someone who just suffered a tragic loss?
Perhaps you're sick enough to be amused by the fact that for the rest of her life, her daughter's birthday will always remind her of her son's death? - chicken101, on 10/12/2007, -0/+18It's amazing how many negative comments there are here. I mean, sure, there probably isn't anyone here why likes anna nicole Smith. She is a very strange person and it's understandable, but her son died.
I don't have strong feelings either way, because I didn't know she even had a son, but what's up with people leaving comments that make fun of the fact that he died? - Elektriq, on 10/12/2007, -8/+21That doesn't make sense. Go wank.
- flernk, on 10/12/2007, -4/+16Anna Nicole Smith had a 20 year-old son?
- gmillerd, on 10/12/2007, -4/+15Didn't raise him to be fire proof? breathe under-water? raise him to have a crush-depth of 100 meters, to be able to hold his breath fore dozens of minutes, to deflect bullets, or shrug off explosives?
Sounds like he have rolled a demo speced-warlock IMHO. - halleyscomet, on 10/12/2007, -2/+13@poobread
Then why did you bother posting here? - BishopAzrael, on 10/12/2007, -2/+11No.
You're an *****.
All I can say is you guys need to get just a small bit of emathy. The amount of sociopathic behavior here is just staggering.
Look its like this. She's a mom.
What if it was YOUR mom? Loosing you ? What if it were you loosing your kid? Would having another just days before make up for it? Think how horrible that's gotta be. You're a new mom, and your whole family is rejoicing in a new addition, and just as quick, your other child dies. That's gotta be heart wrenching. A mom looses her kid and you guys make jokes, thats just really nice you guys. And before you even try and defend it, you knew it when you made the jokes, it's NOT OK, its NOT COOL, and its most definatly NOT FUNNY. And 2 minutes of research would tell you guys that it wasnt drugs or alchohol for 2 reasons.
a. he helped get his mom clean (kids that do that dont go out and smoke a j after,.... ya know?)
b. the Bahamian authorities already ruled out drugs and alcohol.
I'm ***** ashamed to be even associated with some of you guys. Seriously. If you people are the future of the country, no wonder we're in the ***** already. - verticalQ, on 10/12/2007, -2/+11Like her or not, Anna has really overcome great odds and my heart goes out to her. Daniel always seemed to be such a normal, well-adjusted kid despite his surroundings. I can only hope this will not drive Anna further over the edge.
- kgool, on 10/12/2007, -2/+9Sometimes people have the same names. It's a crazy world.
- brendanheyu, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8BishopAzrael : I wish I could do more than just digg your comment. Thanks for speaking up.
I know most of you heartless turds out there are just mind warped ***** up teenagers, so I can sorta expect the heartless, ***** comments you always see on topics like this. Here's hoping that some of you *****-wits grow a brain, discover some ethics and realise - everything you say or type has an effect - however so slightly - on everyone else.
Shape the world you live in fellas - get a heart. - grooviekenn, on 10/12/2007, -6/+12..so are you saying that it's best that he died because she wouldn't have raised him right?! That's some distorted logic!
- heidivodka, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5
There is a lot of hate toward Anna (i can understand some of it) and also her dead son (which i can not understand)
Anna has lost a child, her son. Most of you will never know how that feels, to out live your own child. My parent are going through the same thing as I have recently lost my own brother. I saw him die infront of me, its something i will never forget. Its awful realising that you will never hear their voice, touch their skin, hugg them, kiss them, be able to tell them that you love them, say good bye.
Have more respect toward the woman, yes she may be a brash person, a whatever letter celebrity, but she is a woman in mourning for her son. You wouldn't post horrible and disrespectful comments about a woman who lost her son in Iraq, in the World Trade Centre, July 7th bombings would you ? - maddoginthefog, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5Are you serious??? I am floored by how bad some of these comments are. I don't care if you're not a fan of hers, she is a human being. Show some friggin respect.
- bonked, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5Idiot - Howard K. Stern is not the radio personality. Actually Howard and Stern are both rather common names and there are probably plenty of Howard Stern's in the world that have never spoke into a microphone.
- melanko, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4That's too bad.. I wonder what happened to him.
- MarkStrube, on 10/12/2007, -3/+7The mere fact that you're trying to be "different" by asking "why" was my whole point. You clearly have no understanding of pop culture or you wouldn't be asking such stupid questions. May I also point out that you're the first one resorting to name-calling on this... that really helps accent your point. All I did was tell you to shut up. You should do what you're told.
- suppazone, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3@BishopAzrael
You are so right - sometimes when I see idiots like this it just makes me wanna leave Digg. But then again ignorant people are all around these days, so whats the point. - fatbuddhafan, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3The Nassau Guardian is reporting a "massive heart attack" as the possible cause of death, pending autopsy reports.
Lawyer is saying it's not drug or alcohol related.
Of course it's a sad story and unfortunate for any mother but I do have to say something sounds a little fishy.... - dukeofhurl, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3http://digg.com/celebrity
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4http://virtualmagic.blogspot.com/2006/09/anna-nicole-smith.html
- bobdobbs, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Ms. Smith's former housekeeper was the only person close to the family who could be reached for comment: "We're all devasted and shocked, of course. Personally, I figured he was immortal once he survived nursing as a baby."
- Rimrose, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3That is so horrible. I feel so sorry for her right now. Noone should lose a son. :( RIP
- martyf, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I'll add to the comment about scary sociopaths here and on other forums with a question to all those who think that death and injury is "funny" in any way - I hope one day you get to experience what death and injury is like - not yourself, rather the death or serious injury of someone you know and love. Because with that experience, I think you will understand why it's not funny. Why it hurts.
All I can say is that there's been a few times I've been in situations where people literally took their last breath while I was with them. I saw them die. I saw their kids afterward. I saw their parents too. You know nothing about what it's like until you have that experience, so I hope that your sociopathic behavior here is just some teen bravado and bluster, and as life hits you with more reality you'll grow out of this phase of what can only be called mental illness facilitated by anonymous postings on the internet.
There are people here with dangerous minds, people with no empathy - like a reptile - and I consider people like that to be a danger to society, in the same way I would any other dangerous animal. Unlike animals, I think that the human animal is capable of reform and can be taught to behave with civility and empathy. I hope that people keep burying - here and in the real world - the folks who repeatedly demonstrate a lack of ability to think, act and speak in a civil fashion. Eventually, they will be sick of being buried and will learn to act with dignity and perhps be heard again. - JonasParker, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Don't feed the trolls, people. He's an ***** with an indefensible point.
- WhereAmI, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Its been 3 days.
- silas, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Her official website: http://www.annanicole.com/
- Nicodascorpio, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Ok thats it. I'm succumbing to feeding the trolls....
You know what? ***** all you insensitive, pusbags for lacking one single compassionate, dignified, decent cell in your body. Its sooooo easy to sit there and spout, septic filth from that hole in your faces when its another soul to denigrate especially when that person possesses some kind of status greater than yours. SHE IS A MOTHER JUST LIKE YOUR MOTHER WHO HAS LOST A SON JUST LIKE YOU. Jeezus, take a ***** workshop or talk to a professional.
Anna you have my sympathy and my condolences for your loss.
RIP goes out to the "***** talkers' in this forum because your flesh is functioning but your spirits are dead.
P.S. I truly understand and appreciate the power and finesse of the block button now. Wish there was a way to lump you pricks together with all the prepubescent, skinheaded, racist, sociopathic rejects over at Youtube who pretty much share your mental and emotional ineptitude in their own comments, and recycle you. (Not a stab at Youtube) - MarkStrube, on 10/12/2007, -4/+5"Oooh look at me, I'm so level-headed and ironic because I'm pointing out more important deaths." Shut up. Celebrity deaths will always get more attention... it doesn't matter if they're the President of the United States or a world-renowned floozy. You really don't have a fresh perspective on things just because you're trying to point out how unimportant this death is in the ultimate scheme of things... you're just pointing out how little you understand pop culture. How much publicity a death gets does not equal the value of that human being. I hope you learn that soon.
- MasterLJ, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1The above ***** talkers need to grow up.
My heart goes out to any parent that has to burry a child. - diggyzzz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Here some Nataly fotos:
http://nude-nataly-foto.wagoo3.com - mc4_a, on 10/12/2007, -4/+4My bet is on him killing himself. He always seemed very unsure when he was on her show. I think the new kid probably pushed him over the edge.
Really awful for her. Yes she's an idiot but no one deserves the pain of a death child. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1some of y'all seriously spend way too much time giggling about well-rendered bloodbaths
- Jerichop, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0I don't mean this in any serious way but: that's karma for ya, you shouldn't mess with the dead :)
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+0http://www.vidilife.com/video_play_700626_Anna_Nicole_Smith_FHM.htm
Poor Anna. But I guess that's the circle of life. At least the daughter will still have a MILF. - jellygraph, on 10/12/2007, -8/+3I recon, suicide or drugs... or both
but, then again, it might not be, who knows? - WhereAmI, on 10/12/2007, -7/+2I have moved out, but I haven't dugg your comment down, only up. Also I live with my grandparents now yay for college! www.msoe.edu
traffic sucks ass - Zinite, on 10/12/2007, -12/+7Steve Irwin... now this!?!?! Noooooooo!!!
- Alphateam, on 10/12/2007, -8/+3Gained one, lost one. Look like she is even for the week then. That isn't bad odds.
- BishopAzrael, on 10/12/2007, -8/+2hahaha... i love it... you little lamers are digging me down because I hit a nerve?
***** you guys. Most of you guys haven't even left mommy and daddie's house yet. I'd love to know what you conscience is telling you right now. But you won't admit the truth to us, and some of you ..not even to yourselves. - gabeN, on 10/12/2007, -12/+6Apparently he accidentally flipped to a photo of his mom while masturbating... Died instantly. :o
All joking aside, R.I.P. Sorry to friends/family for the loss. - evilpettingzoo, on 10/12/2007, -10/+3Her lawyers name is howard k. stern?? wth
- masterofnada, on 10/12/2007, -8/+1Mrs. Smiths lawyer is Howard Stern. I can't take this seriously.
- MOJIRA, on 05/17/2008, -9/+2I know it's not you *****, that's why I posed the question: why? Not made a statement.
- thumbsucker1982, on 10/12/2007, -7/+0In all the news that I have seen it says that they are certain that the death was not caused by drugs or alcohol. . . I think it is weird that he died the same day the new baby was born, coincidence??
- elnerdo, on 10/12/2007, -11/+3He posted to explain to all of you people who care just how stupid it is to care about this.
This is not news. People die all the time. Just because it's someone who is quasi-famous's son who dies does not make it news. You're wasting your lives if you care about these people. - Ashex, on 10/12/2007, -11/+3Sorry for the trolling comment, but, Why the hell is this on digg?
- Daiken, on 10/12/2007, -11/+2rofl!
