My first husband cheated on me with my best friend, who also happened to be the wife of his cousin -- and the two of them grew up practically as brothers. When I caught them in action I made sure his whole family knew what he had done, then I left and filed for divorce. Last I heard, his family won't have anything to do with for betraying us all like that and my ex-best friend was living out of her car with OTHER boyfriend (amazing she had time to socialize with me in the first place, isn't it?). Certain proof? You're never, ever going to get certain proof that someone is cheating on you. If you need undeniable proof that someone cheated on you, that's going to be a lifetime of misery while you play the sucker.
Here's what you get when someone cheats on you:
Second or third hand accounts of the story (if you're lucky)
Things suspiciously out of place but not enough to call someone on (home 30-60 minutes late frequently)
Mutual acquaintances treat you strangely.
The other's friends treat you with more disregard than usual.
If what you're looking for is video tape or audio tape evidence where she says "Hi boss. I mutually consent to a sexual encounter, I solemnly swear I am not being coerced in any way." that's not going to happen.
If you want the first hand someone who actually witnessed it, that's not going to happen either because they're careful enough to not have sex in places that anyone who would tell you directly is going to know. They'll have sex on their own territory, so anyone who catches them is partially on their side anyway.
