- kenvsryu, on 10/10/2007, -2/+21Wil Wheaton listed as the 1st one? He's more of a blogger now than a celebrity.
- CaptEnder, on 10/10/2007, -1/+20So Kevin Smith is known for being "Silent Bob"? And here I thought he was a director and writer...
- thcobbs, on 10/23/2007, -1/+18How often do you need to update "Bankrupt" and "I have 1,000 pairs of parachute pants"?
- Ignitedude, on 10/10/2007, -0/+17Some of the celebrity blogs mentioned in this article haven't been updated in forever.
- inigomntoya, on 10/10/2007, -1/+11Although, MC Hammer's is surprisingly VERY up to date...
- cambrown99, on 10/10/2007, -0/+10WILLIAM......Shatner........WRITES.....a........BLOG?
- gllopc, on 10/10/2007, -1/+11I'd hardly consider half of these people celebrities any longer. Eg. Fred Durst.
- OutThisLife, on 10/10/2007, -1/+9I don't think people from Digg really care about celebrities.
- zathlazip, on 10/10/2007, -2/+9They forgot Brian May's (guitarist of Queen) blog!
http://www.brianmay.com/brian/brianssb/brianssb.ht ...
He has some neat things to say. And updates on his recent PhD in astronomy. - sacherjj, on 10/23/2007, -0/+7OK. Lets start with the basics. An anchor href tag has two parts: text, url. Notice that while text can equal url, it isn't required. In your case, Digg was smart enough to truncate the text, but leave the url alone. Did you try the link before you posted? Did you think that replying to your own post might be better than starting a new one that will not always stay under your other post? Did you enjoy getting dugg down?
Sorry everyone. I just get tired of people who post before bothering to think. - digghasnoethics, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6Some of those stretch the term celebrity.
Where is the new Stephen Fry blog on that list? Something that's actually interesting to read.
http://www.stephenfry.com/blog/ - icu_, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6Agree. Stand By Me Mother Hubbard!! Have you seen it!!?
I thought he did great on TNG - his character was mishandled and many people were annoyed. Probably because they didn't think he deserved to be on the bridge (jealous?) - they never fully explained and displayed how smart he was. Great blog btw - he used to get really deep into his personal head space and has backed-off recently (which is too bad, but understandable), but always a good read. - Bulk70, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5Im sorry, but in no way do 80% of these celebs "blog" - their publicist might hire someone to write something on their behalf and CALL it a blog - but its not the same.
- 0260, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4sad that they had to put silent bob so people will know who it is while i dont know half of the other people there

- kamisama, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5Well he is quite known all over the globe by geeks, since he was in one of the best series of star trek, only surpassed by TOS.
This being said, his blog is well written and he always talks about interesting things in my humble opinion. - mlvassallo, on 10/18/2007, -0/+4WTF! I'm not on that list!!!???
- KnightWhoSaysNi, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4Well, he has a lot of time on his hands these days.

- Cerebral, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Shilling's is really something as well. Especially for someone who has played baseball on a level other than little league. Not only that but he also discusses things about his new video game studio.
http://www.38pitches.com - leif77, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1i don't understand why all the recognizable names have their characters names in parenthesis and people I've never heard are listed as though they are instantly recognizable.
