- Awwzm, on 10/21/2009, -2/+17Is Beyonce's ass really that big? MY GOD!
The cookie diet pic was a nice surprise :-D - badqat, on 10/20/2009, -1/+15Don't the acai berries give you the trots?
And why does Madonna look like she could be Courtney Love's sister? - satsukimiller, on 10/21/2009, -0/+8Like anyone sensible should ever follow what celebrities do.
- thebreach, on 10/21/2009, -0/+8My steady diet of coke and hookers has worked pretty well so far
- Caergrim, on 10/21/2009, -3/+11You mean hips? Not quite, but they are quite nice.
Kim Kardashian's ass is really that big, though. And so very yummy. In fact, I want to go on a dat ass diet where I only eat dat ass every day for three full-course meals. - awtripp, on 10/21/2009, -0/+7Heroin diet?
- Awwzm, on 10/21/2009, -0/+6I feel like I should be throwing Madonna some loose change.
- RealmDown, on 10/21/2009, -0/+6Valerie Bertinelli did great with her mainstream diet. She is looking very MILFable.
OTOH, Kirstie Alley performed an EPIC fail with the same diet. Xenu must have interfered. - RealmDown, on 10/21/2009, -0/+6Me too. Overhand.
- OLTP, on 10/21/2009, -0/+6Yes, but only if you eat the grass-fed hookers.
- askantik, on 10/21/2009, -0/+3While I certainly like cooked food, raw food isn't that crazy of an idea (at least plants) and acai berries ARE high sources of antioxidants... They taste gross, from my experience, though. Macrobiotic isn't really a fad diet... it's just eating mostly grains. There can be a lot of variation in a macrobiotic diet, so the claims they make about it here are pretty baseless.
Coconut is ***** delicious, though, and healthy (like avocados) provided you don't eat ***** tons of them. But then, that can be said of many things. By the way, cabbage soup would give you lots of gas. - frostbyt, on 10/21/2009, -0/+2All those diets sound like you crap a lot.
- icepick314, on 10/21/2009, -0/+2maybe Oprah should stop calorie intake at 9000!!!!
- TalahRama, on 10/21/2009, -0/+2You should seek other avenues to advertise your poetry.
- BoneheadFarker, on 10/21/2009, -0/+2Nah...go with a sex and cocaine diet. Seems to work great for supermodels.
- jagenigma, on 10/22/2009, -0/+2I would expect that from Kim Kardashian.
(her ass is banging!!!) - XTomTomX, on 10/21/2009, -0/+2Rice, Tea, Veggies, eggs, Fish.
a little bit of chicken, pork, and beef.
eat three times at day, everyday
cook your food yourself.
eat out only a little, but enjoy when you do.
Eat a huge breakfast,
medium size lunch
tiny dinner..
end of story! - EnnuiStudent, on 10/21/2009, -0/+2@smedrick
My body craves booze and chocolate every day. It sure knows what I need!
It simply loves sugar for some reason! - iblaine, on 10/21/2009, -0/+2For ***** n giggles I have done some of these, the Raw Food diet, the Master Cleanse. Everything is as advertised. 75% of the raw food diet tastes great, the other 25% is too gross to eat. The Master Cleanse is a controlled fast. It's not going to kill you live off 800 calories a day so don't run any marathons.
- timothy53, on 10/21/2009, -0/+2eat right and exercise.
- TalahRama, on 10/21/2009, -0/+1How many of you are there?
- otherwiseyep, on 10/21/2009, -0/+1I get better results from diet coke and hookers.
- krets, on 10/21/2009, -0/+1Do you know what I am saying?
- RudeTurnip, on 10/21/2009, -0/+1No, they don't. I like Zola's acai+blueberry blend. Let's just say it helps to keep you regular and any problems you may have are likely the product of some other nasty food you're eating.
- XTomTomX, on 10/21/2009, -0/+1Sorry, bad habit,
Our cell phones have a tiny screen, and truncate the words. - jagenigma, on 10/22/2009, -0/+1Yeah, Acai berries are scam berries. Just because they come from brazil, doesn't make them superpowered with healing and weight loss.
Plus, some people have a very negative reaction to acai berries and can die from consuming them. - soupeh, on 10/21/2009, -0/+1Dugg for Kate Beckinsale.
/like the fist of an angry god - Emredi, on 10/21/2009, -0/+1The Sundowner diet isn't really a diet, is it? In my case it does help prevent heartburn in the middle of the night, however, because I'm not still digesting a huge meal (or junk food from grazing all evening) when I hit the hay.
- shiftkgb, on 10/21/2009, -0/+1Atkins?
- XTomTomX, on 10/21/2009, -0/+1about 150 million.
- duewydo, on 10/21/2009, -2/+3no cum diet?
- chuckDontSurf, on 10/21/2009, -1/+1I don't think macrobiotics really belongs with the rest of these. It is restrictive (I couldn't do it), but it's pretty healthy for you assuming you take steps to counteract its deficiencies (e.g., make sure you get enough protein). But it's basically just whole grains, beans, and lots of fruits and vegetables. Nothing too crazy about that.

- smedrick, on 10/21/2009, -2/+2"but it's pretty healthy for you assuming you take steps to counteract its deficiencies"
So it's a healthy diet...as long as you don't follow it.
Your body craves what it needs. There's no need to follow any kind of special diet. Your own body is the best dietitian around if you know how to listen to it. - chuckDontSurf, on 10/21/2009, -1/+1You misunderstand. By "counteract its deficiencies," I mean by doing things like making sure you eat enough beans to get the protein you need. This is still within the parameters of macrobiotics.
- thestranger, on 10/21/2009, -3/+1some of these diets aren't that crazy. They are good for detox for short periods of time like 5 or so days. I can't see anyone that doesn't have an eating disorder sticking to any of these for any extended period of time.
