- rodrigo74, on 08/28/2008, -0/+4Ebay is full of scammers now, it's nearly unusable. Last month I tried to sell an old mobile phone with the "Buy Now" option and 4 times in a row some scammers pressed the button, sent me an email straight away with the address where I should send the phone, in hope that I would be stupid enough to send it before getting the money. Then I had to quit and go for a regular auction.
As it is, I can only recommend Ebay to people that is very Net-savvy, otherwise it's like jumping in a pool with sharks. Ebay should at least create an option to disable "Buy Now" to people with brand new accounts or zero positive feedback.
Mom and Pops, stick with Amazon. - inactive, on 08/28/2008, -0/+2He was trying to improve how much people noticed his post by distorting the scope.
