- neiffer, on 07/08/2008, -0/+7This model is a refreshing change from much of corporate retail which insists on outsourced call centers and awful customer service. Bravo to Zappos..
- EvanHamilton, on 07/08/2008, -0/+3Truly awesome company. I love that they're not about shoes, they're about customer service. If Yahoo! could embrace that model instead of focusing so tightly on their specific products and "personality" (or lack thereof?), they might actually survive.
Anyone starting a company, personal brand, band, or just a website should watch this. - rustybrand, on 07/09/2008, -0/+2Way to run a company, and way to look to the long-term.
- sptrobb, on 07/08/2008, -1/+2Tony is my hero! What an inspiration he and his company is.
- ralent, on 07/18/2008, -0/+0Tony is an incredible person ... I just wish Zappos treated thier affiliates as well as the employees. I've sent a couple of million in business to Zappos and I've gotten some pretty insulting e-mails from them. Hard to believe it's the same company that Tony runs.
