  • reddikilowatt, on 08/03/2008, -0/+2Don't forget employee stock purchase plans, if your company has one. I can buy company stock at a 15% discount to the lowest price for the quarter. I almost always see 20%, one quarter I got 30%. Free money, and much more flexible than a 401(k) plan (although capital gains apply).
