ARE belong to us. - inactive, on 12/04/2008, -11/+42Say what you want about Walmart, but they certainly had some "killer" deals on Black Friday, literally.
- sardiskan, on 12/04/2008, -2/+28Dugg down for inaccurate.
Should be "All your base ARE belong to us" - BotaXero, on 12/04/2008, -1/+23In a bad economy, get used to it. People will penny pinch.
- Owned1Up, on 12/04/2008, -5/+27All your base ARE belong to us, noob
- eastwood24, on 12/04/2008, -2/+22Wal-Mart is full of some of the weirdest people. I feel like I'm at a state fair when go there. So many mullets.
- ciano, on 12/04/2008, -1/+21The "literally" part ruined the joke.
- Hillsfar, on 12/04/2008, -3/+21I've started shopping more at Walmart now. That and Big Lots!, dollar stores, etc.
Example: A typical speciality Campbell's Soup can: $2.50 to $3.00 at Ralphs or Albertson's. $1.50 to $2.00 at Target (yes, Target! They've got good prices on Campbell's Soup). $1.50 at Walmart (less of a selection). $1 per can at Costco (but only in bulk, and you don't get much of any selection). - cwpeck, on 12/04/2008, -2/+18Wal-Mart: All your small buisness are belong to us.
- gametavern, on 12/04/2008, -5/+18Walmart: "people will trample you to death to get at our prices."
- subterfuge, on 12/04/2008, -0/+11you have no chance to survive make your time

- inactive, on 12/04/2008, -0/+9You are on the way to destruction.
- summer0f89, on 12/04/2008, -0/+9the mistranslation is the quotation's only significance. it would've never attained its meme status if it had been translated correctly the first time.
- rz8472, on 12/04/2008, -1/+9That's 'Launch all zig (for great justice)'
Get your memes right. - thedogfatherx, on 12/04/2008, -1/+9Man I know. I like walmart but I just hate going there because of the atmosphere. It feels creepy. I'll keep going to target.
- penguinofspades, on 12/04/2008, -0/+7the worst part is when you go at 2 or 3 in the morning and its the same as it is at 2 or 3 in the afternoon. shouldn't those kids be in bed?
- FredFredrickson, on 12/04/2008, -1/+8Make your time.
- inactive, on 12/04/2008, -0/+7You are on the way to destruction.
- Akairenn, on 12/04/2008, -6/+13I shop at Wal-Mart mostly to annoy self-righteous ***** who rail against the retail giant from the comfort of their parents' basements.
That and where else am I going to get "crappy" Chinese products (such as those provided by Apple, HP, Sony, Philips and others) at 3 AM? Not at a mom and pop store, that's for sure. - tgc1, on 12/04/2008, -0/+6Here we go leaning on the Chinese again to keep the illusion of the good life afloat.
- ButterLoyalist, on 12/04/2008, -0/+6I thought digg hated Wal-Mart?
- saikyan, on 12/04/2008, -0/+6Dugg for Big Lots!
- BESTenemy, on 12/04/2008, -2/+870% of our GDP is based on consumer spending. We'll just spend our way to prosperity!
/sarcasm - Changa, on 12/04/2008, -0/+5I hate shopping at Wal-Mart because it is a ***** annoying store to shop in.
- bluemonnggee, on 12/04/2008, -10/+15Buried for bad headline
- kelmaster1, on 12/05/2008, -0/+5I swear Albertson's and Safeway are raising prices to make people accustomed to future high prices or make people believe that food costs are really that high.
- TalkGibberish, on 12/04/2008, -1/+5http://xkcd.com/286/
XKCD is always relevant. To anything. Forever - ClevelandBrown, on 12/05/2008, -0/+4"People have killed for our deals."
- apickle, on 12/04/2008, -6/+10Just what we need. More consumers turning to a monopolist retailer...
Wall-E may yet happen. - brandita, on 12/04/2008, -0/+4Target's deals are almost as good and the stores are laid out so much nicer! Plus the advertising is awesome. I'm surprised their business was down 10%.
- SummerNight, on 12/05/2008, -0/+3For great justice
- Shreenan, on 12/04/2008, -4/+7I don't know why you're getting dugg down, I completely agree with you. They get most of their product from China, they pay employees as little as possible, they don't allow for workers to form/join a union, and they put many local shops out of business. I personally avoid shopping at Wal-Mart whenever possible, is saving a dollar really worth it when you look at the current state of the economy?
- sbrad, on 12/04/2008, -3/+6Took the words right out of my mouth.
- megaton, on 12/05/2008, -1/+4It's digg's title length limit, retard.
- evilpig, on 12/04/2008, -0/+3HA HA HA...
- stickstickly, on 12/04/2008, -0/+3Its a fact that the weirdness factor triples after 1am...
- eastwood24, on 12/04/2008, -0/+3That's been the formula for the last few decades
- HomeSkillz, on 12/04/2008, -0/+3Yeah, seriously. Get it WRONG!
- daveziol, on 12/05/2008, -0/+3Somebody set up us the bomb.
- blueduck4ever, on 12/04/2008, -3/+5Zing!
- uallsuck, on 12/04/2008, -4/+6If you care about someone caring about people misquoting something that was already mistranslated, then Digg is the place for you.
- STARTSOMETHING, on 12/05/2008, -1/+3You know the best place to vent your frustration? A social bookmaking site, comments page.
- shitdigga, on 12/07/2008, -0/+2Get over it *****...stick to your "Amazing" comments.
- slickwatson, on 12/05/2008, -0/+2Its posters retard limit
- AndySavage, on 12/04/2008, -2/+4Xihix must have a mullet.
- inactive, on 12/05/2008, -0/+2Ok, great. You voted with your wallet and did voluntary business with another person or entity. Some people feel that it is worth sacrificing atmosphere for cheaper prices, so they choose Wal-Mart over a local store or a store that sells higher quality products. I must commend you, because of instead of bitching about Wal-Mart, you choose to go to another store. At least you aren't trying to put your personal preferences on some kind of moral pedestal.
- Brownds, on 12/05/2008, -2/+4Greedy unions are part of the reason we are in the ***** can right now.
