Uruguay, Peru sign deals to promote economic, trade ties
aycworldnews.com — The deals, signed by Uruguayan Foreign Minister Gonzalo Fernandez and his visiting Peruvian counterpart Jose Antonio Garcia Belaunde Tuesday, included an agreement on strategic cooperation framework and a memorandum of understanding on boosting trade, tourism and investment cooperation, said the Uruguayan Foreign Ministry.
