- daltonsbriefs, on 10/14/2008, -0/+2Deep in the comments of this post Ardell makes a point that the real estate professional let the customer get snagged by a poor contract. But in those bidding situations, with multiple offers on properties, buyers were dropping their favorable contract provisions to move to the top of the auction. Perhaps one moral is: If you want the house too much, you'll pay too much, and write a contract that isn't balanced between buyer and seller.
