They're only there for a short time so you can really get to know them and if they don't work out, they're gone anyways with no problem. But if they do work out then you've got someone who already knows the company and the work and usually wants to come back. A good number of the employees at my office are former Drexel students who've been hired after graduating including myself and my manager.
- arlok789, on 05/21/2008, -0/+1One of my good friends goes to Drexel. His Co-ops are awesome. Unpaid Internships are great for college students. You can learn a lot and I know Interns who really contribute.
