Start Over After a Foreclosure

ehow.com — If you have recently gone through foreclosure, you need a plan of action. I am writing this to hopefully give you a start for this without all the legal fees.

The closest to that was in the early eighties when interest rates were in the double digits and the car dealership I worked for went under. Luckily I was able to secure a buyer and though I did not make a great deal of money off of the sale it did help me out.
    • danniboi33, on 05/20/2008, -0/+1I think when people are facing foreclosure, that is the one avenue that they look at the least. What I tell me is first sign of problems, list the home. Get from underneath the major problem.
