- toshicub, on 07/12/2008, -0/+0Blush's non-fat frozen yogurt is not the same as the non-fat soft-serve ice cream supermarkets sell. Blush's yogurt is actually yogurt, frozen, so it offers all the same health benefits of regular yogurt. The plain yogurt really should be mixed in with the wide assortment of toppings Blush offers. I like the flavored yogurt, because they complement the natural sourness of the yogurt base. My favorite flavor is the green tea, but I am in the minority, as it is no longer part of Blush's regular line-up. Blush may bring it back as a special flavor of the month later on. In the meantime, I am perfectly happy with the Blush signature flavor and the mango flavor. Both can be enjoyed without any topping.
