- Greenfeather, on 06/02/2008, -0/+0Agree Agree, but remember that the voice mail systems where created to replace the central operator, In the past top management and HR professionals always (mostly) hired the cheapest least capable person to become the company's WallMart Greeter?! Never thought this was a good idea and still do not....It is interesting to note that company's will spend multi millions in creative advertising and image creation and then drop the ball on the greeting at the front desk...

YES...Seth...could not agree more....fire the vm guy...companies need to tune into this and understand the frustration that they cause simply because they have not THOUGHT this through......the companies that "get it" and actually put some creative thinking into this will have my full attention and respect...
