Shady BMW dealer goes back on Ebay auction for M3
m3post.com — BMW of Lincoln, Nebraska had an auction for a new BMW M3 on ebay, with a starting price of $60K with no reserve, and a Buy It Now, hoping to sell it for six-figures probably. Guy won the auction at $60K, and then the dealer decided that the auction was a "mistake", despite changing the Buy it Now price twice, and won't honor the price.

- pyroguy56011, on 03/24/2008, -0/+3This guy better go after BMW and put them in their place. Companies can't just do whatever they want, no matter what they think. There are some things money can't but, or at least shouldn't be able to. This is one of them.
- that1jewishguy, on 03/24/2008, -0/+3First off, wow! Apparently the company that put this auction up is "Husker Auto Group," and I can't begin to imagine what they're in for with the upcoming digg effect. they're in for a lot of negative publicity and a lot of angry nerds.
