To stay online answering questions for 26 hours is an amazing feat in itself and for the many thousands who logged in and stayed as long as they could, we all gained from his generosity.

    I have just finished reading the report for the first time and know it will be read again and again for the high quality information that is within it. In fact, it will be within easy reach of my work station, for constant reference. I strongly recommend that you get yourself a copy as soon as possible.

    Perhaps politicians can take note: People want substance not form!
