  • tobybarnett, on 10/15/2008, -0/+1The NWMLS out here in WA has a similar rule, Rule 196. No agent or brokerage can use the term MLS on their website because an IDX is not a true representation of the MLS in there view. Haven't heard of the rule being enforced but I would rather error on the side of caution.
