Phipps Mansion

coloradoflooring.blogspot.com — Located in the greater Denver area the Phipps mansion has recently undergone a transformation. With great success we had the privilege of refinishing and staining the original 1932 pine hardwood floors in the great room. This was a challenging task because the last time the floors were cared for was sometime in the early 60's!
