But WaMu started REALLY sucking ass about a year ago. Its no wonder the stock dropped 70%.....they farmed out their customer service to the ICT Group. Then ICT set up a call center in Manila. As a f ormer Wamu customer, I can tell you, the Interactive Voice system that ICT trotts around like it is some kind of prize is insult enough......but a jibberish speaking barefoot retard handling my bank info is just too much.
So I changed banks. And WaMu could give flying *****.....hell, not even a letter asking why.
Not to change the subject but, when I switched from Gieco to a BETTER insurance company, Gieco sent a flurry of surveys & letters. In one I stated how much and how many times they were lacking and that the only way to get me back would be very extensive lovemaking........
I ***** you not, they sent me back a valentine......and it was NOT Valentines Day!
Nice try Gieco.....R.I.P. Wamu.
