Pay With Your Driver's Licenses

businessweek.com — National Payment Card (NPC) is rolling out a new payment scheme for convenient stores where customers make payments using their driver's license. With this scheme a customer can pay for gas by swiping their driver's licenses (24 states have driver's licenses with magnetic strips) and entering a pin number. Their checking account is then debited.
