  • DJMac317, on 06/17/2008, -0/+1I work in the call center of NFCU. Currently the systems are down and expected to be back on line by June 18th. We are unable to process any transactions either over the phone, at the branch. The automated phone system, Navy Federal Online and internal system are all down. We are answering the phones if members have any general questions. Your Check Card and CUCARD will still work but they will be working off of the balance from Friday as a temporary measure to keep the cards alive and active.
