- lostintx, on 07/07/2008, -0/+0I started a class action lawsuit on http://www.sueeasy.com/ against National Power for walking out on their contracts. In order for this lawsuit to go further, I need additional people to sign-up. Just do a search on National Power. We might be wasting our time given the escape clause in the contracts, but I think something needs to be done. Complaints to the PUC and my state rep were a waste of time. They've done nothing to protect the Texas consumer. If anyone has already contacted another lawyer to take action against National Power, I'd also be interested in talking with them.

I can't believe they posted positive comments about their rate after about 80 negative comments and it turns out they came from someone working at their company. Hahahaha!!!! They have a ton of customers who now have to go back shopping when electric rates in Texas are at a 3 year high. Energy prices dropped some today so I guess that is a little slack but not by much.
