NY court keeps leasing company officers in fraud case

newsday.com — New York's highest court refused Tuesday to dismiss fraud claims against Northern Leasing officers of an equipment-leasing company accused of hiding overcharges in its contracts with small businesses nationwide.

  • GIMAD2008, on 05/10/2008, -0/+2Northern Leasing Systems duped my wife and it is good to see that they may get punished for duping her and tens of thousands of other small business owners. They took "taxes" out of her account but our state has no record of them ever paying them.
