Motorola V3i Stops Working For No Good Reason, Wants To Charge $175

consumerist.com — ConsumerAvenger bought a Motorola RAZR v3i quad-band world cellphone on Ebay, with warranty. It works fine for 2 months and then stops. Motorola claims the phone doesn't work in the US and says the warranty isn't valid. Instead they will send her a lesser phone for $175; she refuses. She fights for what's due her. Customer service absurdity ensues.
