- LargeStack, on 03/29/2009, -2/+39This place needs a giant penis on the roof.
- PopcornDave, on 03/29/2009, -1/+32It's already got a huge ***** inside of it.
- inactive, on 03/29/2009, -6/+36up until last year, Fannie Mae would have been giving mortgages for this house to $30,000 a year janitors.
- nhansen, on 03/29/2009, -0/+28At 5.75%, for 30 years, that's only $ 875,359.28 a month for the mortgage payment. What's so bad about that?
- molarty, on 03/28/2009, -3/+28I wonder what it would have listed for 24 months ago?
- LAmandingo, on 03/29/2009, -6/+30She is a crazy old bag. I see her driving around Beverly Hills acting like SHE is the one who accomplished anything. She happened to marry the right person at the right time. She married right but her kids are idiots so she failed as a mother. Get a clue already and do something productive other then hitting the social scene. $47 million for an apt? Fools and their will money will part.
- sockpuppets, on 03/29/2009, -0/+22That's like 2500 of the basement you're in now.
- adremali, on 03/29/2009, -0/+20this aint got ***** on the louisiana purchase
- pagit, on 03/29/2009, -1/+20-she aint the only one
sounds like 85% of the women in that area - lisaawesome, on 03/29/2009, -1/+19I really can't imagine living in a house of that size.
- Layne, on 03/29/2009, -9/+27Gotta love people who don't even know how many rooms their home has. It shows they're not only being wasteful, but that they're not even really grateful.
- Brassbud, on 03/29/2009, -0/+18For $150 million, I expect a little more.
- PopcornDave, on 03/29/2009, -0/+17Can I borrow your pants?
- SwiftKick34, on 03/29/2009, -0/+17"I wish I was stupid wish."
Wish fulfilled. - spriggig, on 03/29/2009, -0/+16I can't even imagine actually living there on a day-to-day basis, it'd be like living in an empty hotel. At least Hef has naked, young women running around once in a while.
- inactive, on 03/29/2009, -1/+16Firstly, I am pissed at myself that I even read this article. Secondly, sounds like Mrs. Spelling is a bitch.
- trapper2530, on 03/29/2009, -1/+16So that's why someone would marry Tori Spelling
- avirk86, on 03/29/2009, -0/+14High end homes like these are considered to be in a different market. It would probably have been around similar listing price
- MelvinSchlubman, on 03/29/2009, -0/+14...or how many homes they own.
- whoreable, on 03/29/2009, -0/+10Reading is fundamental
- lisaawesome, on 03/29/2009, -1/+10Hey now it's a mother-in-law suite not a basement :P
- idc5, on 03/29/2009, -0/+8She let her dog choose her agent, dumbass
- ryan83189, on 03/29/2009, -1/+9I think I could talk them down to 140 million, no problem.
- threon, on 03/29/2009, -1/+9Here's a little video tour of the house: http://www.cbsnews.com/video/watch/?id=4310137n%3f ...
She says the house is so big because she did not understand how blueprints work. - fugazied, on 03/29/2009, -1/+8Her quotes in the article made me want to vomit. Vacuous old hag.
- lepetitmousse, on 03/29/2009, -0/+7i dont know how many rooms my house has...
but i could probably figure it out in about 3 seconds. - Wavemancali, on 03/29/2009, -0/+7Just the place for Octomom!
- robrohan, on 03/29/2009, -0/+7You can buy a village in Hampshire (southern England) for $A53 million - an entire village, 22 houses, a cricket pitch, a village shop a forge, 1500 acres of farmland and 450 acres of woodland. One could own a whole village for 1/4 the price of that estate.
That is one expensive house. - chrisinsocalif, on 03/29/2009, -0/+6Remember, people list their houses for much more than what they are worth. What is important is the sold price, not listing price.
- nogami, on 03/29/2009, -1/+6Wow.... Just obscene...
As soon as she said the bit about her dog picking the real estate agent, I knew everything I had to about her... - C4Strife, on 03/29/2009, -0/+5Except her and her mom kind of hate each other, sooo I don't know if she'll even get any money when her mom dies (cause she didn't when her dad did).
- MelvinSchlubman, on 03/29/2009, -0/+5Namby-pamby!
$80 million. NOW you're negotiating! (TM) - AlienMushroom, on 03/29/2009, -1/+5But what matters is how much it's gonna be sold for. Or, if it's gonna be sold at all.
- z0zin, on 03/29/2009, -1/+5"Let them eat cake!"
- wpc33, on 03/29/2009, -0/+4You couldn't count to 100 in 3 seconds, though.
- inactive, on 03/29/2009, -1/+5Oh my ***** dog!
She says: "The truth is I didn't understand drawings, and when we were, you know, it everything like, the rooms looked small to me so I kept making them bigger and bigger ... I didn't mean for it to be this big." - ZeMeisterstuck, on 03/29/2009, -1/+4Google Maps:
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q& ... - inactive, on 03/29/2009, -1/+4Holy *****! I'll buy it right now. I've got $50 on me now...just give me a chance to hit the ATM for another $100.
- jackdaniels06, on 03/29/2009, -0/+3Barely big enough for her 14 children plus her future children.
- galore, on 03/29/2009, -0/+3Amazing how much money you can make by producing TV shows like Knight Rider.
- mailmanmania, on 03/29/2009, -0/+3Nice publicity stunt! I bet her P.R. guy won't make calls to the newsmedia when the house sells for $45 million.
- BoxAdorable, on 03/29/2009, -0/+3I can't imagine living on a property so big that I can drive my car around to different parts.
- ryanonfire, on 03/29/2009, -1/+4Who are her kids?
- C4Strife, on 03/29/2009, -2/+5It's a nice house.
- linagee, on 03/29/2009, -1/+3$100/yr. And that's just the basic version.
- linagee, on 03/29/2009, -0/+2I'll buy it up for $1 in a foreclosure sale.
- linagee, on 03/29/2009, -0/+2WTF does producing mean anyway? Do producers actually do anything? Directors tell the actors what to do. Actors do the acting. Cameramen do their thing. Do producers just fund things?
- StuartGibson, on 06/14/2009, -0/+2I hate going to the planet of the moochers! They take you out to dinner, but when the check comes, their wallet's always in their other pants. Which they borrowed from me!
- NUMBER4940, on 03/29/2009, -0/+2it won't play for me...
- inactive, on 03/29/2009, -3/+5You can't increase taxes on these people! it would be punishing achievement! Liberalism is the war on achievement!
/limbaughism
Making a certain income does not = deserving a certain income.
take Joe Cassano for instance. Am i really to believe that it would be a travesty to raise this mans taxes because he "achieved" it himself?
Taxing more for making more is considered unfair. Yet isn't also unfair that rich can more easily increase their wealth simply because they have more wealth in the first place? Sounds like trying to keep the little man down if you ask me. -
