    Con millions of people into paying you $700 billion dollars by getting your buddies in the media to scare the hell out of them. Then take that $700 billion and line the pockets of the guys you used to work with and the ones who put you in power (and don't forget to use it to make a few bucks for yourself).

    But seriously... I can't imagine anyone pulling that one off...
