    Curb Appeal = Front door painted contrasting color, shrubs.
    Cream puff = Real Estate agent is overweight and projecting desire for food on house.
    Filtered view = If you look out the little window in the shower you can see some distant lights.
    Up and coming neighborhood = Ghetto with one gay couple who've recently bought a cozy fixer upper.
    Prestigious = Three car garage
