Lake Las Vegas Owners Place Resort in Bankruptcy WSJ 7/21/08
online.wsj.com — The owners of a resort community in the desert Las Vegas placed the project in bankruptcy proceedings. The bank is also sparring with the developers of Promontory Ranch of Utah, and Idaho's Tamarack Resort. Combined, the three owe Credit Suisse-led lenders more than $1 billion.
