Labor investigation finds car wash employees ripped off
nydailynews.com — NEW YORK - A Department of Labor investigation found 78% of the city's car washes have been shortchanging employees - violating minimum wage and overtime laws. Employees at 84 car washes throughout the city were stiffed out of $6.5 million over two years.
